Justice Department Criminal Division chief Lanny Breuer was scheduled to be the keynote speaker at the opening session of the American Conference Institute’s FCPA conference this morning at the Gaylord Resort south of Washington.

But he’s not here.

And he won’t be here today.

His keynote speech has been bumped until tomorrow morning.

Why?

“We were told it was pressing law enforcement matters,” a ACI spokesperson told Corporate Crime Reporter.
